Yingsak Jonglertjesdawong was guest of honour at the opening ceremony of an art exhibition titled “Different Karma…Different Time” by Kumpol Pongpipat and Charoen Silpasart held at the Amari Watergate Bangkok recently. Proceeds of the event were donated to support the Foundation for the Blind in Thailand under the Royal Patronage of H.M. the Queen. Pierre Andre Pelletier, general manager of the Amari Watergate Bangkok presents a cheque for 1.4 million baht to HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn recently. The funds were part of the 3.3 million baht raised from the 14th Amari Watergate & BMW Thailand Midnight Run and the 15th Aerobic Marathon on AIDS to support the Chalerm Prakiat School in Lumpoon province. Another 1.4 million baht was donated to Baan Gerda Project in Lopburi and the final 500,000 baht was donated to support the ‘Baht for a Better Life Project’.
