Mayor Itthiphol Kunplome (left) and Kampol Tansajja, director of Nong Nooch Tropical Gardens signed a memorandum of understanding in promoting and participating in the 4th Chelsea Floral Show 2013 which will be held in London, England on 22-26 May 2013. The theme for this year’s entry is entitled ‘Thailand: the people the culture the religion’.
