French Chef Jean-Francois Arnaud (left), recipient of the “Un des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France en patisserie confiserie” in 2000 was at the Holiday Inn Pattaya recently to attend the Master Pastry Chef Class 2011 organised by the Biz Portal Co. Ltd. Participants were chefs from international brand hotels in Pattaya, bakeries and restaurants who were interested in learning the fine art of making confections and pastries from the master chef himself.
