Jay David Garmaies secretary of the Pattaya City Expats Club celebrated his 67th birthday at his residence recently. Many old and new friends from the community and members of the PCEC attended this happy occasion. Amongst the myriad of guests were (l-r) Monthree Bubphakin, Hal Carpenter, Sheldon Shaeffer, David Garmaies, Roy Albiston and Judith Edmonds.
