The funds will be used to develop three residential projects including ‘SARI Sukhumvit 64’, an 8-storey condominium project with two buildings totaling 192 units, ‘The Base Rama 9-Ramkhamhaeng’, a 35-storey condominium totaling 923 units, and ‘Town Avenue Rama 2 Soi 30’, a 5-metre wide frontage townhouse project with public space of 170m2 totaling 120 units. The three projects have already received strong interest and attention from customers.
