Country Group Development (CGD) PCL recently held a foundation stone laying ceremony for the construction of its mixed-use property, Landmark Waterfront, at its site located on Charoenkrung Road in the Sathorn district of Bangkok.
The merit making and stone laying ceremony succeeded the THB 11.6 billion financial framework agreement made with China’s EXIM Bank, funding the company’s flagship project, and the joint venture agreement with Beijing Construction Engineering Group International (BCEGI) as both partner and main contractor.
