PSC Growling Swan Golf, played out of “Bogey’s Bar & Grill”

Monday, 25th November Crystal Bay G.C. Stableford.

Ten golfers signed up to play Monday at a course that we have not played for a few months. This was due to the fact that the course was showing signs of wear and was what you could say as being tired! Well we had been advised that the course was back so Crystal Bay here we come.

The course was in real good shape and I guess the time off from playing may have paid dividends. Well on all reports the course was a great improvement so I guess we can say its back on the list for our golfers.

With Monday’s numbers we would only play the one flight but would include all 6 novelties.

It was Takeshi Hakozaki that stole the show. His score of 39 put him ahead of second place by seven points. Second past the post was debutante Bob Butler, hopefully enjoying his first game with us. Third home and filling the third spot on the podium was Gary Williams
