PSC golf from Café Kronborg
Monday, Oct. 15, Century Chonburi – Stableford
Century Chonburi was the challenge today, just 1 hour up the busy 331 and we got off the first tee 25 minutes early under cloudy and humid conditions, catching a heavy shower of 25 minutes that stopped us after the fourth hole. The course on the day was in fine condition, a bit wet after the rain but draining very quickly and great value for a 100 baht green fee.
It was a slow round today, 4 hours and 50 minutes to get around, and we had 2 flights with the cut coming at handicap 19.
Mike Allidi took the A Flight on a count back from Stu Rifkin in second, both on 34 points (gross 76 for Mike). Ted Morris was third with 33 points and Niels Hansen fourth on 32.
Dave Richardson topped the B Flight with the best stableford score of the day, 37 points, to finish 8 ahead of Jan Lovgreen in second, while Mick O’Connor edged third place on a count back over Kevin Dinan.

Welcomes went out to Leif Kirkgaard and Bent Moeller back from Denmark.
