Inbee Park said she was expecting another competitive week as she sets about defending her title, with 17 of the world’s top-20 players in action and says her strength on the greens will have to show.

“Siam Country Club has very tough greens so putting will be key,” said the 25-year old South Korean.  “It’s also a tough second-shot golf course.  It needs different types of shots around the greens so some creativity will come into play.”

With no halfway tournament cut, all the big names will be in action over the weekend and tickets can be bought at the course at the following prices: 300 baht for Thursday & Friday, 400 baht for Saturday and 500 baht for Sunday.  A 4-day pass can be bought for 800 baht.  Spectators who are 18 years old or under and 60 years or over can gain free admission to the event.
