District Gov. Eknarong Kongpan and RCEB members presented the 20,000 baht in equipment to the South Pattaya school Sept. 8.

RCEB has been supporting the community for years and its humanitarian projects, including the current water-filter project, have changed the lives of many people.

The objective was to reduce the cost for purchasing water, as the filters provide clean and healthy drinking water much needed in various locations.

It will be a benefit to the environment as well by reducing the use of plastic bottles and litter at public schools.
