Regents International School Pattaya turns twenty this year but some of the most monumental changes to the school have taken place in the last two. Since late 2012 it’s joined Nord Anglia Education, making it part of a family of 31 international schools in 13 countries around the world. It’s received a massive injection of THB 80 million (USD 2.4 million) for new and improved facilities. And it’s seen the introduction of several new programmes, including a Saturday Sports Academy, a foundation programme for entry to the main examination courses, and a soon-to-be-released new university guidance programme.

“How much do you really know about Regents?” asks Head of Admissions, Tim Eaton. “In light of the journey it’s been on since 2012, we know there are some within the communities of Pattaya, Rayong, Chonburi and Sriracha who have a fairly outdated view of what this school is all about. Well, the open house on 26 January is our effort to rectify that.”

Running from 09:00 to 12:00, the open house will give locals a glimpse into a typical day at the school. No special events are planned; the only adjustment will be that small groups of students will be on hand to offer visitors a guided tour of their school.
