Our Main Event: Gala Party Night Saturday, September 9th, at the Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya

Fahsai was once a neglected, abandoned girl, barely 3 years old, and with cerebral palsy. Before she was rescued, she had been traumatized, unwell fed, mute and had bouts when she would suddenly break out in tears. But that nightmare is a distant memory now, when she found solace at the Camillian Home for the disabled in Lat Krabang.

She is 8 years old now and we helped her celebrate recently along with the loving staff and her peers at the Home. But what was marked was the transformation! Continuous physical therapy has allowed her to walk with her rollator now on her own and she can move, too. Mobility is obviously her goal and she proudly demonstrated how she can get into bed by skittering across the room to her bed, then pulling herself upright by the bed post and then thrusting herself up and over into bed followed by sheer glee.

Fahsai also no longer needs speech therapy and loves talking to anyone around. It’s so heartwarming to see her now. Our girl is a walking/talking bundle of joy and we couldn’t have done it without you!
