Two men released from prison just three weeks ago are behind bars again on theft and drug charges.
Pattaya police apprehended Sakda Bannasan, 27, and Weerayuth Thongsukh, 20, sitting on a stolen Honda Dream motorbike Sept. 13 following reports that they attempted to burglarize a house in Naklua.
Sakda Bannasan and Weerayuth Thongsukh have been arrested on theft charges.
Police said the two Issan men admitted to both stealing the bike and breaking into houses to support their drug habits, which had not abated while serving time in prison for drug charges.
