Pattaya began planning for January’s Children’s Day festivities, which will include music, magic and dance.

Educational Promotion chief Noppasitcha Na Nakhon met Dec. 25 with the head of the Pattaya officers of formal and non-formal education, and youth activities.

Scheduled for 8 a.m. to noon Jan. 12 in front of Pattaya City Hall, the Children’s Day event will feature a ukulele show, “pong lang” musical band, magic show, folk dancing, a lucky draw, games and booths featuring student projects from Pattaya’s 11 public schools.
