Pattaya sunk concrete pipes and an old wooden boat to rebuild Pattaya Bay’s coral ecosystem.

Chanapong said the city lays new artificial reefs each year to foster the group of coral – which serve as the foundation for marine life – using disused concrete pipes and other items.
