Naklua municipal enforcement officers, working with Pattaya City Hall’s public complaints division, inspected the site after receiving a report that part of the pedestrian footpath had been removed without permission.
Following the inspection, officials issued an arrest record and instructed the person responsible to pay the fine at the Naklua Municipal Enforcement Centre. Pattaya City Hall said unauthorized removal or modification of public walkways can affect pedestrian safety and restrict public access to shared spaces.
