Nongprue administrator honored as example of local leadership

Nongprue’s chief administrator was recognized for being a good example of an outstanding local leader at Chulabhorn Research Institute in Bangkok.

Teeravit Thongnok was one of 400 local-government officials to be awarded a prize Aug. 8 under a project established to honor Their Majesties the King and Queen.

MR Jirakom Kittiyakorn presented the award established by the Privy Council and Gen. Pichitr Kullavanijaya.

The project aims to honor Their Majesties, allow people to show their loyalty to the royal couple, campaign for everyone to work for the benefit of society, and promote and develop human resources to have disciple and ethics while making Thailand a peaceful society.

The award recognizes those who have shown themselves to be examples of good people who have ethics and morals and who have succeeded in work or family while dedicating themselves to the country.
