Pol. Lt. Col. Wasuwat Chotechuang, the newly appointed chief of the Traffic Division, spoke about traffic issues with authorities and organizations at a July 5 meeting. He said parking must be tightened up everywhere, but particularly along Beach Road and the Bali Hai flyover areas.
