Pattaya municipal officers scooped up a homeless man who’d built himself a ramshackle shed on Jomtien Second Road.
Residents of the luxury condos nearby called city hall to complain about the unsightly hut and the trash littered around it Nov. 11.
Municipal police showed up, tore down the shack and packed off man to the Chonburi Protection Center for the Destitute.
