Club President Jittima Palakawong announced the two events Sept. 14 at the Centara Azure Hotel Pattaya.

The Little Farmer Girl contest will be held Nov. 14 for girls 3-6 years old. A total of 50,000 baht in prize money is up for grabs for tots with good personalities and assertiveness who dress smartly in traditional Thai costumes. For more information, call 095-959-0811.

Other activities scheduled include a dunk tank, the “wall of death”, retro dancing, ring tossing and more.

The Thai traditional music contest meanwhile is set for Dec. 2 in honor of HM the King’s birthday. It aims to encourage youths to become interested in Thai traditional music and spend their leisure time wisely.

The contest for youths age 15 or under will be divided into two brackets for individual singers or bands. More than 100,000 baht in prizes is up for grabs.
