Chonburi lawyers offered condominium owners advice on how to legally enforce their rules during a seminar in Pattaya.

Parat Hiransirisombat, director of the Chonburi Provincial Legal Execution Office, opened the Feb. 8 workshop on civil law enforcement for dozens of condo owners and managers.

Speakers included Parat, chief inspector Pawadee Sirimetarak, Chalermwat Wimuktayana, president of the Pattaya Lawyers Council, and Eakapong Thaikla from the Chonburi Provincial Land Office.

Together they tried to impart knowledge and understanding about use of the Civil Procedure Code and its amendments, and to make participants understand its provisions and explanatory memorandums in each section.

Additionally, participants shared opinions and engaged in a question-and-answer session with Legal Execution Department staffers.
