PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya Deputy Mayor Wutthisak Rermkijakarn inspects the entrance and exit ramps at the Lan Pho Naklua parking building on October 15 after complaints that tight turns and poor visibility frequently cause vehicles to scrape walls.

The inspection found that the building’s original design and limited space make maneuvering difficult, particularly for drivers unfamiliar with the route. Pattaya plans to modify barriers that obstruct visibility, consider installing speed bumps at the entrance and mark pedestrian walkways more clearly to separate people from vehicle traffic.

Wutthisak urged motorists to exercise extra caution and consider avoiding the upper parking levels if they are unfamiliar with the building. Relevant departments will accelerate improvements to make the facility safer for residents and visitors.
