City contractors cleaned up ground water outside an East Pattaya neighborhood that was fouled by nearby construction.
City hall ordered workers to install water containers and a pump to filter out soil that ended up in the underground water by Daraphan 5 Village on Soi Khao Talo 3/2.
The water source was fouled by the building of a pumping pond on the railway-parallel road.
