The Social Development and Human Stability Ministry’s Chonburi office previously offered disabled residents affected by flooding financial aid, free hospital services, equipment and interest-free loans.

The event was festive, with students and disabled persons participating in Thai classical dances, singing Thai and foreign songs and playing Thai instruments. They also enjoyed free food.
