Students at two Chonburi students now have new bicycles to ride as part of a nationwide campaign to honor HM the King for his 88th birthday.
Gov. Khomsan Ekachai presented the two-wheelers to students at Chonburi Provincial Hall Dec. 3. Ten of the bikes went Thakampittayakom School and the remainder to Ban Nong Yai School.
The bicycles were supplied by TV Burapha Co., and cyclists networks across the country. Project director Chainarong Somchat said the bikes were distributed in 58 provinces over 88 days, with the final ceremony in Bangkok on His Majesty’s Dec. 5 birthday.
