Re: A street racer: “street racing is like a daily activity that street racers cannot do without” (PM July 20, 2016) – If the parents do not have time to watch their underage children, but permit them to purchase these expensive bikes (or buy them for them rather than being responsible parents) they can let them have a reservation in jail rather than put up the bond. A public menace must be dealt with firmly no matter whose “daddy and mommy” the child has.
