Re: Police tow away gang from ‘no parking’ scam (PM Friday, 30 August 2013) – The officer said it himself, “organized crime gang”. I thought they cleaned this up in their 30 day blitz. According to senior ranking officers, Pattaya is mafia free. What a joke. Where did they get the uniforms, I wonder?
