Re: Controversial Beach Road widening begins (PM Friday, 12 April 2013) – I think that whatever improvements City Hall undertakes in Pattaya they will always be met with reservation. Let’s wait and see how the Beach Road project to add another lane goes when completed then complain if it’s justifiable, but not now. Give it a chance to work.
