Re: Beach Road rat race continues (PM Friday, 20 June 2014) – Rat (problems) are created by food street sellers washing their equipment into surface or rain water drains, rather than sewage drains. It is an obvious fact, one that London found in year 1600 when rats decimated the population with bubonic plague… Identical to the food sellers in Pattaya.
