Re: Pattaya official defends swim buoys (PM Friday, 11 April 2014) – It seems strange then the only fatality was a Thai and the first big complaint was by a Thai lady whose children jumped off and hurt themselves. I haven’t heard of any foreigners complaining or getting hurt.
