PATTAYA, Thailand – The Riviera Group has strengthened its position as one of Pattaya’s leading luxury property developers after receiving the FIABCI-Thai Prix d’Excellence 2026 award for Best Luxury Sea-View High Rise Residential Development, adding another prestigious accolade to the company’s growing list of achievements.

The award recognizes three of the developer’s landmark condominium projects along Pattaya’s coastline: The Riviera Ocean Drive, a 43-storey, 513-unit development completed in 2019; The Riviera Monaco, a 40-storey, 412-unit tower completed in 2022; and The Riviera Jomtien, a 46-storey development comprising 1,072 units completed in 2023. Together, the projects have helped redefine Pattaya’s luxury residential skyline while reinforcing the city’s appeal as both a tourism destination and an international property investment hub.

In accepting the award, The Riviera Group described the recognition as more than simply winning another trophy. The company said it reflected years of vision, commitment and dedication invested throughout every stage of development. It also emphasized that behind every completed project were thousands of decisions, countless design details and the collective efforts of employees, contractors, consultants, business partners and sales agents working toward a common goal of delivering premium residential developments.

The Riviera Ocean Drive, a 43-storey luxury condominium completed in 2019, features 513 residential units and stands as one of Pattaya’s most recognizable beachfront developments.

The developer also highlighted its broader commitment to Pattaya, saying its objective extends beyond constructing high-quality residences to helping shape the city’s long-term growth, creating value for local communities while contributing to Pattaya’s transformation into one of Thailand’s premier coastal cities. The company thanked customers, business partners and everyone who has supported its journey in turning “Vision into Reality.”

The recognition came during the FIABCI-Thai Prix d’Excellence Awards 2026, held alongside the Asia-Pacific Real Estate Convention in Bangkok on 16 May 2026 at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside. FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation, was founded in Paris in 1949 and today operates in more than 70 countries through over 100 professional associations, representing approximately 1.5 million real estate professionals worldwide. The organization promotes international cooperation, professional standards, sustainable urban development and excellence across the global property industry.

Completed in 2022, The Riviera Monaco rises 40 storeys and offers 412 premium condominium units overlooking Pattaya’s coastline, combining contemporary design with panoramic sea views.

In his message to delegates, newly elected FIABCI World President Antonio Campagnoli described the Thai awards as “a beacon of excellence” that has become an important benchmark in Asia after eight consecutive editions. He praised FIABCI-Thai President Dr. Sopon Pornchokchai and his team for expanding the event’s international profile and noted that the awards celebrate developments that combine quality, innovation and positive social impact.

President-Elect of FIABCI World also congratulated the Thai chapter for hosting the 2026 Asia-Pacific Real Estate Convention, saying the event demonstrates FIABCI’s mission of connecting global expertise, sharing best practices and encouraging responsible development that benefits communities. Award-winning projects, he noted, set an example for future real estate development throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

The Riviera Jomtien, completed in 2023, is a striking 46-storey condominium development comprising 1,072 units, adding a prominent landmark to Pattaya’s rapidly evolving skyline.

FIABCI-Thai President Dr. Sopon Pornchokchai said the 2026 awards mark another milestone for Thailand’s real estate industry, recognizing projects that contribute to society through quality, innovation and sustainable development. He added that the awards have continued uninterrupted despite the challenges of recent years and are supported by nationwide project surveys conducted by the Agency for Real Estate Affairs, helping ensure the credibility of the judging process.

For Pattaya, the Riviera Group’s latest international recognition reflects not only the success of a single developer but also the continuing evolution of the city’s property sector. As luxury residential projects become increasingly important to Pattaya’s tourism and investment economy, international awards such as the FIABCI-Thai Prix d’Excellence reinforce the city’s growing reputation as a destination capable of delivering world-class real estate alongside its established hospitality industry.
