PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya’s popular Koh Larn island saw a surge of tourists during the three-day holiday from October 11-13, as families and friends flocked to enjoy sun, sand, and sea. The Leam Bali Hai pier was bustling throughout the day with visitors boarding ferries and speedboats, generating a significant boost in revenue for boat operators.
The Marine Department, working closely with Pattaya city officials, strictly enforced water safety measures, requiring all passengers to wear life jackets during their journey to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Meanwhile, Sukhumvit Road in South Pattaya experienced heavy traffic congestion, stretching over 500 meters, as vehicles streamed to the pier and surrounding tourist areas. Despite the jams, the festive atmosphere was vibrant, highlighting Pattaya as a prime destination for both local and international visitors.
