District Chief Amnart Charoensri opened the checkpoint on Kratinglai Road, Rte. 36, March 30, taking temperatures and looking for signs of COVID-19 from drivers and passengers arriving from the direction of Chonburi.

All commuters must carry ID cards and wear hygiene masks, and are being asked for their cooperation with the temporary measures suspected to last until conditions improve.

The government urges people to refrain from interprovincial travel and checkpoint workers are advising people to wear face masks and use hand sanitizer.
