A confusing title to this week’s recipe, but the result is positively delicious. This can be cooked with beef steaks, but the extra expense is not worth it. The cheaper pork steaks are just as good, as well as saving you money.
Place steaks on a grill about medium-slow coals. Cook for about 8 minutes on each side. Do not overcook.
Meanwhile, stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Brush steaks with sauce and continue cooking 5 minutes more, turning and brushing with sauce.
The cooking can be done in a heavy skillet if you wish, but put a light coat of cooking oil in the skillet first.
Use your favorite mustard, but not too strong or the mustard will overpower the flavor.
Serve with rice or mashed potato.
