PHETCHABUN, 13 August 2014 – The One Stop Service for migrant worker registration in Phetchabun province has registered 2,148 workers into the system and will stay open until October 31st, 2014 to continue registrations.
Phetchabun Governor Wichien Chantharanothai visited the One Stop Service Center for migrant worker registration at the Muang district hall in Phetchabun province which opened on August 4th. So far, there have been a total of 2,241 migrant workers registered in the system made up of 2,148 workers and 93 followers. Out of that number, 965 workers with 9 followers are Burmese, 459 workers and 58 followers are Cambodian and 724 workers and 26 followers are Lao.
The One Stop Service will operate until October 31st, 2014. The next step following the registration is a health check up at Phetchabun hospital.
