Garbage is piling up on a stretch of Soi Arunothai 10 near Soi Bongkot.
Litter and trash continues to be dumped on the roadside, despite signs prohibiting dumping. No one from the Pattaya Sanitation Department has appeared to notice.
The area is dotted with houses and condominiums and residents there are being blamed for the mess. Sanitation Department staffers have been requested to come clear the rubbish.
