Thai Airways mobilizes personnel and steps up flight management efforts to ensure readiness for all scheduled flights on 3 October 2026, while apologizing for recent disruptions and thanking passengers for their understanding and cooperation.

BANGKOK, Thailand – Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) is accelerating flight management efforts and mobilizing personnel across all relevant departments to ensure full operational readiness for all scheduled flights on 3 October 2026.

On 1 and 2 October, THAI reduced 15 and 9 flights, respectively, in order to align flight operations with its operational capacity. THAI will also open its ticketing office at THAI Head Office on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road on Saturday, 3 October, and Sunday, 4 October 2026, from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs, providing an additional service channel to assist passengers.

THAI would like to thank all passengers for their understanding and cooperation during the situation and sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused. THAI will review the experience gained from this situation and improve its management procedures to help prevent similar impacts on passengers in the future. (PRD)
