PATTAYA, Thailand – Boat services from Pattaya’s Bali Hai Pier to Koh Larn and other nearby islands were operating on September 28, allowing tourists to resume island trips after recent rough weather. Tourists were still travelling to Koh Larn, although passenger numbers appeared lower than the previous week amid continued unsettled weather.
Operators and authorities are maintaining strict safety measures and will suspend boat services if official warnings are issued about monsoon conditions or dangerous seas. Visitors planning an island trip are advised to check the latest weather and sea conditions before departure, as services may be stopped if conditions deteriorate. For the latest updates on sea conditions and boat services, visitors can contact the Pattaya City Hotline at 1337.
