PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya City Police Station has once again proved to be an unlikely stopover for a lost dog, this time helping a small Pomeranian find its way back home. The little dog was found wandering along North Pattaya Road on September 19 before a kind-hearted member of the public brought it to the police station and asked officers to help locate its owner.
The Pomeranian was given a temporary place to stay while officers and members of the public shared information in the hope that its family would see the posts and come forward. The happy ending came later that day when the owner contacted the station and arrived to collect the dog.
After spending several hours away from home, the Pomeranian was safely reunited with its family, turning what began as a worried search into a heartwarming homecoming. The reunion also marked another small success for Pattaya police, whose station has recently become an unexpected stopover for lost dogs.
Officers recently helped reunite a Siberian Husky named Chiel with its owner after the dog was brought to the station. Now the Pomeranian has followed the same route — arriving lost, receiving a little care and attention, and leaving safely in the arms of its family. For the officers involved, the mission was simple: keep the lost dog safe until someone came looking. This time, the search ended with a wagging tail and a family taking their beloved pet home.
