BANGKOK, Thailand – The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) has launched the MICE Super Platform, upgrading its former MICE Intelligence Center to give meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions operators greater access to data and digital services. Developed under the concept “Winning the deals with MICE Super Platform: digital by design, data by default,” the system combines analytical information and business tools through a single sign-on, supporting decisions from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
The service is structured around four core pillars. End-to-end digital services cover business planning, market evaluation, value assessment, and partner connections without paperwork, while the MICE Data Hub provides open access to industry statistics, reducing the need for costly primary research. Data governance features include curated expert information, compliance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), channels for correcting information, and API exchanges with external sources such as data.go.th, supported by content partners including House of Wisdom and DataRockie.
The fourth pillar converts conventional statistics into business-ready analytics. Through a single account, users can access five main capabilities: integrated digital tools; three-dimensional evaluation of return on investment, economic impact, and carbon footprints; end-to-end workflow management; self-assessment tools; and real-time dashboards. TCEB expects these capabilities to help operators evaluate opportunities more efficiently and compete for international MICE business using reliable data.
