BANGKOK, Thailand – According to the Thailand Film Office (TFO), many scenes in the Korean drama A Shop for Killers Season 2 were filmed across Thailand, which serves as an important setting in the new season. The series, starring Lee Dong-wook, is now streaming on Disney+. The South Korean production team traveled to Thailand in November 2025 to film key scenes for the series. Filming took place across five provinces: Bangkok, Samut Prakan, Nakhon Pathom, Nakhon Ratchasima, and Kanchanaburi.
The TFO invites fans to retrace the series’ footsteps and explore the six Thai filming locations portrayed in the drama, listed here:
- Asok Montri Intersection, Bangkok—A central Bangkok location that vividly captures the atmosphere of Thailand’s bustling capital;
- Imperial World Samrong, Samut Prakan—An urban setting that serves as another backdrop in the series;
- Khao Yai National Park, Nakhon Ratchasima—Showcasing Thailand’s diverse natural landscapes;
- Saphan Lao Community Forest, Kanchanaburi—A natural setting of waterfalls and lust forest;
- Tang Siah Huat Market, Nakhon Pathom—The setting for a fight scene;
- Thaiyawat Temple, Nakhon Pathom—The location of the episode’s opening scene.
