BANGKOK, Thailand – Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya presided over the opening of “EM District Sense of Thai 2026: Carrying Thai Craftsmanship to the World” and attended the Atelier de Grâce Haute Couture fashion show on July 31. Now in its fifth year, the event is co-organized by EM District, the SUPPORT Foundation of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, the Department of Cultural Promotion, and the Tourism Authority of Thailand.
The event is held in honor of the royal grace of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother and celebrates the 74th birthday anniversary of His Majesty the King. This initiative reflects the ongoing royal commitment to preserving Thailand’s traditional arts and cultural heritage for future generations.
The Atelier de Grâce Haute Couture fashion show at Emsphere showcased a collection inspired by Her Majesty The Queen Mother, emphasizing the beauty of Mudmee silk. The creations were crafted by seven legendary Thai designer brands: TIRAPAN, THEATRE, ASAVA, ISSUE, CHAI GOLD LABEL, VATIT ITTHI, and KLOSET. The runway also featured Masterpiece High Jewelry and Iconic Fine Jewelry from the SIRIVANNAVARI brand.
The Atelier de Grâce Showcase is open until August 31, 2026, on Level M of the Emporium, while the Thai Craft Marché and the Legacy of Thai Royal Elegance exhibitions run through August 13 at EM Market Hall, Level G, of the Emsphere. The Thai Craft Marché offers handwoven silks, Yan Lipao basketry, and premium crafts from the SUPPORT Foundation. The Legacy of Thai Royal Elegance exhibition presents eight styles of royal Thai attire to the public. There will also be special Khon masked dance performances by the SUPPORT Foundation on August 8, 9, and 12, 2026, at 3.30 and 4.30 p.m.
