Beyond the relationship controversy, social media users also focused on details visible in the room, including a Doraemon-patterned pillow, a green water container and the condition of the bed, leading to widespread online commentary and jokes.
Legal expert Paisarn Ruangrit, from the “Lawyer Paisarn Chuay Duay (Please Help)” page, has since explained the legal implications of the case as a warning to couples involved in similar situations. He said a marriage certificate remains a legally binding document that fully protects the rights of the lawful spouse. Even if a couple has been living separately for a long period, their legal marital status remains unchanged unless an official divorce has been completed. According to the lawyer, the legal wife may use evidence such as videos or photographs to support a civil claim seeking compensation from a third party involved in the relationship.
The husband could also face further legal consequences beyond marital issues. The lawyer said alleged actions during the confrontation may involve criminal charges related to physical assault, while police could conduct further investigation if there are concerns about possible involvement with illegal drugs.
