
PATTAYA, Thailand – A foreign male tourist was injured after losing control of his motorcycle and falling by himself near Soi 3, Jomtien Beach Road on June 22.Jomtien municipal officers said they received reports from the public that the rider had slipped and fallen at the entrance of the soi. The tourist sustained injuries to his eyebrow, right side of the face, and multiple abrasions across his body. Rescue volunteers from Sawang Boriboon provided first aid at the scene. The injured rider declined further hospital treatment and remained at the location after initial assistance. Witnesses at the scene said the rider appeared to lack strong control of the motorcycle, suggesting limited riding experience may have contributed to the accident.
