PATTAYA, Thailand – In a first for the city, Pattaya has rolled out a public livestream CCTV system, allowing residents and visitors to monitor key areas across the city in real time. The system now features more than 600 cameras installed throughout Pattaya, aimed at improving public safety, transparency, and rapid response to incidents. Users can access the livestream easily via a web link without needing to download any application: https://livestream.pattaya.go.th/
City officials say the platform is designed to be simple, secure, and accessible to everyone. The initiative marks a major step toward a smarter, more connected city. Authorities are encouraging the public to report any cameras that are not functioning properly by calling the city hotline at 1337, available 24 hours a day. Reports will be forwarded to relevant departments for prompt inspection and repair. Officials say the system will continue to expand and improve, reinforcing Pattaya’s commitment to safety and modern urban management.
