PATTAYA, Thailand – Authorities have stepped up security measures around Central Pattaya Beach as Songkran celebrations continue on April 17, with officials assuring the public that safety teams are fully prepared to manage crowds and assist festivalgoers.

Police, city officials, and event staff have been deployed throughout the beach stage area and nearby streets to maintain order, provide assistance, and respond quickly to any incidents during the busy celebrations.



Officials said security personnel are monitoring both the main event area and surrounding roads to ensure that traffic, crowd movement, and public safety remain under control as large numbers of locals and tourists gather to enjoy the festivities.
