PATTAYA, Thailand – The City of Pattaya announced on March 25 that asphalt work is underway on one lane of the Railway-Parallel Road in the Khao Talo area. The lane will be opened to traffic to reduce inconvenience for residents while work continues on the second lane, which is currently under construction for a new drainage system.
