Thai Airways adds special Bangkok–Paris flight to ease passenger backlog

PATTAYA, Thailand – Thai Airways International has announced an additional special flight between Bangkok and Paris on March 18 to help ease a backlog of passengers and meet rising travel demand.

The airline said the extra round-trip service will provide more seats for travelers needing to fly between the two cities.

Flight details are as follows:

  • TG8690: Departs Suvarnabhumi Airport at 01:05 a.m. and arrives in Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport at 7:50 a.m. local time.
  • TG8691: Departs Paris at 11:00 a.m. local time and arrives in Bangkok at 4:30 a.m. the following day.




Tickets are available starting immediately through the airline’s website, ticket offices, authorized agents, or the THAI Contact Center, which operates 24 hours a day.

The additional service is part of the airline’s effort to accommodate increased passenger demand on the popular Europe route.
