Pattaya International Kite on the Beach 2026 will take place from February 25 to March 1 at Pattaya Beach, featuring international kite teams and beachside activities.

PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya’s shoreline is about to look up — way up — as the colorful Pattaya International Kite on the Beach 2026 takes over Pattaya Beach from February 25 to March 1, turning the city’s famous seafront into a giant open-air sky playground.

Held under the cheerful theme “Sky Paradise of Happiness,” the festival will feature spectacular character kites and creative designs from 12 countries, filling the horizon with movement, color, and imagination. Visitors can expect a lively mix of international kite parades, precision sport kite performances, and special showcase flights by professional sport kite teams from Taiwan.

Beyond the sky, the beach itself will be buzzing. A dedicated Kite Market will offer kites of all styles and sizes, while more than 50 street food vendors — from local favorites to well-known crowd-pleasers — line the area, making it easy to snack, stroll, and relax while watching the skies come alive.

The event will take place daily from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. along Pattaya Beach, directly in front of Central Pattaya. An official opening ceremony is scheduled for February 25 at 3:00 p.m., marking the start of six days of seaside fun for families, tourists, and kite enthusiasts alike.

With music, food, sea breezes, and giant kites dancing above the waves, the Pattaya International Kite on the Beach Festival is shaping up to be one of the city’s most joyful highlights of the season — and the perfect way to glide from February into March.
