PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya City will host the Pattaya International Beach Soccer Tournament 2026 from February 13–19 at Jomtien Beach, in front of the D Varee Hotel, as part of efforts to promote sports tourism and enhance the city’s international profile.
The event aims to promote and develop beach soccer in Pattaya, attract both Thai and foreign tourists, and strengthen friendship and unity between Pattaya and the international community living and working in the city.
The competition is divided into two categories: Men’s Elite and Men’s Social. Thai national beach soccer players or former national team members have been invited to participate, along with foreign residents and international tourists, who may enter teams representing their respective countries.
In the Men’s Elite category, four teams will compete in a round-robin format: Japan, Norway, Russia, and Thailand. The Men’s Social category features six teams — Thailand, Germany, Finland, Russia, India, and England — competing in a group-stage format, divided into Group A and Group B with three teams each.
The official draw to determine match groupings was held ahead of the tournament. Matches will kick off daily from 5:00 p.m. onwards. The official opening ceremony is scheduled for February 13 at 4:30 p.m.
Pattaya City invites residents and visitors to attend the matches and cheer for their favorite teams at Jomtien Beach throughout the tournament.
